New Building Overview

Here’s the new Building!  Special thanks to John Davis Design Group (the Architect for the new building), and Michael J Sanchez (the Architectural Illustrator who created the rendering) for their amazing work on this project so far!

Keep in mind that this is a preliminary design, and as such, is subject to change as we proceed.  Click on the pictures to get a larger size.  If you need something bigger, please let me know!

The rendering is a view from the parking lot, looking to the west (see Pikes Peak on the left), as you approach the building.

The building design is approximately 17,500 square feet as shown (up from 14,000 square feet in the current building).  The auditorium holds ~370 people and has a baptistry, cry room, and nursing room attached.  The fellowship hall holds ~200 people, faces the mountains (Mountain View church of Christ, right?), has a full kitchen and Pantry.  The education wing contains 11 classrooms, as well as a supply room, offices, and a conference room.

The building fits nicely on the lot, and allows expansion as necessary to grow with the congregation in the future.  Initial plans include parking in the back for easy teacher access, a drop-off lane, and plenty of outdoor space for activities.
